What we hold

Your email address

To identify your account, sign you in, and email you about billing or a problem with the service.

A hashed session token

So you stay signed in. It is stored hashed, expires after 30 days, and is destroyed when you sign out.

Your trades

What you staked, on which app, on which players, and how it settled. Kept in a directory belonging to your account alone — not a shared table other subscribers can be queried out of.

Billing status

Your tier and when it renews. Card details are handled by Square and never reach us.

Which features you use

Product events — a tab opened, an upgrade screen shown, a payment succeeding or failing. What they carry is the name of the thing and nothing else: no player names, no bet contents, no stake amounts, no card details. The code refuses to send a field called email, token, password, card or similar even if someone adds one later. We use it to see which parts of the product are worth building on.

What we do not hold

Your sportsbook and DFS passwords

These never reach this server. When you add them in the desktop app they go into your operating system's own keychain — Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows — and the connector reads them there, on your machine, to sign in on your behalf. They are not transmitted, not backed up, and not recoverable by us. If you lose that machine, we cannot help you get them back, because we never had them.

Card numbers

Checkout runs on Square. We receive whether a payment succeeded, not the card.

Anything about your betting from third parties

We read the public odds boards. We do not buy data about you.

How long

Trades

Kept until you delete them or close your account. They are your record; expiring them for you would lose the only copy.

Audit and error logs

90 days for account actions, 30 days for errors, then deleted automatically.

Feature-use events

Kept in aggregate to see how the product is used. They are not attached to your trades and are not sold or shared.

Odds data

48 hours in the live database. It describes markets, not people.

Getting rid of it

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for a copy of your data or for the account to be deleted. Deletion removes the account row, the trade history and the audit entries. Sportsbook credentials are not included because they were never here — remove those in your own keychain, or use the desktop app's Accounts tab, which deletes them from it.

Email

Account email — receipts, renewal notices, a problem with your connector — is part of the service and is not optional while you have an account. Marketing email is separate, off unless you tick the box at signup, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link that works.

Changes

If this changes in a way that affects what we collect, the date at the top changes and account holders get an email. Not a banner that counts as notice.

NetArbs shows you where prices disagree. It does not predict results and it is not financial advice. You place your own bets, and every bet can lose.
