Refund Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
NetArbs is free to use during the open beta, so you can see exactly what it does before you ever pay. Because of that, paid periods are generally not refunded, with the exceptions below.
How billing works
Paid plans are billed in advance through Whop, our payment provider, and renew automatically. You can cancel whenever you like, in your account or on Whop. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that period runs out.
What is not refunded
Once a billing period has started, its payment is not refunded, including when you use NetArbs for only part of the period, do not use it at all, forget to cancel before a renewal, or move to a cheaper plan. Results on your bets, contests or trades, and anything a sportsbook, fantasy app or exchange does to your account, are never grounds for a refund. Neither is a period cut short because an account was closed for breaking the Terms of Service.
When we do refund
Ask within 30 days of the charge. If the law where you live gives you a stronger right to a refund or to cancel, that right applies, and nothing here limits it.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the date and amount of the charge and what happened. We reply within five business days. Approved refunds go back through Whop to the card or account you paid with; when they show up depends on your bank.
Disputing a charge
Please email us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank: we can usually sort out a billing problem faster than a dispute can. While a dispute is open, paid features on the account may be paused, and they return once it is resolved in your favour or withdrawn.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes. A change applies to payments made after that date, not to ones already made.
