Terms of Service
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and NetArbs (“we”, “us”) for the website at netarbs.com, the NetArbs desktop app, the alerts and emails we send, and everything else we offer under the NetArbs name (together, “NetArbs”). Creating an account or using NetArbs means you accept them, along with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use NetArbs.
1. Who can use NetArbs
You must be at least 18, and old enough to bet or play paid fantasy contests where you live. Many places restrict sports betting, daily fantasy and prediction markets, and the rules change. NetArbs does not check where you are or whether those products are legal for you; that is your responsibility, and you may not use NetArbs anywhere its use, or the use of the platforms it covers, is against the law.
2. What NetArbs does, and what it does not
NetArbs collects prices that sportsbooks, daily fantasy apps and prediction markets publish, puts them side by side, and works out figures from them: prices with the bookmaker's margin removed, break-even rates, estimated value, and price differences between venues. It can build a slip for you, and the optional desktop app can open a fantasy app and fill that slip in. You review it and press Submit yourself. If you add Kalshi or Polymarket API keys, NetArbs can place orders on those exchanges for you, but only after you confirm each one with your own trading password.
NetArbs is not a sportsbook, an exchange, a broker or an adviser. It does not take bets, hold funds, or guarantee any price, fill or outcome. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any sportsbook, fantasy app or exchange we show.
3. Nothing here is advice
Every number NetArbs shows is an estimate built from data that can be late, incomplete or wrong. Prices move between the moment we read them and the moment you act; books limit stakes, void bets and settle by their own rules; one side of a two-sided position can fill while the other does not. A price difference is not a guaranteed profit, and every bet or trade can lose. NetArbs gives you information, not financial, investment, betting, legal or tax advice. Decisions about what to stake, where and how much are yours.
4. Your accounts on other platforms
Your accounts with sportsbooks, fantasy apps, Kalshi, Polymarket and other services are between you and them, under their terms. Some of them prohibit automated tools or price comparison, and any of them may limit, restrict or close an account. You are responsible for following their rules and for everything done through your accounts with them, including actions the desktop app or an order you confirmed carries out. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages, rule changes or errors.
5. Your NetArbs account
Keep your sign-in details and trading password private, and give us an email address you control. One account is for one person: do not share it, sell it or let others use it, and tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. You are responsible for activity on your account and on any exchange keys you connect. Connect keys with only the permissions NetArbs needs, and remove them in the app whenever you like.
6. Plans, billing and the free beta
Paid plans are sold through Whop, our payment provider, and billed in advance for each period. They renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account or on Whop; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown on the pricing page. If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it, and you can cancel before then. Taxes that apply to your purchase are your responsibility unless they are collected at checkout. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Free access, whether a trial or the open beta, can change or end. When it ends, features that need a paid plan stop until you subscribe; your account and records stay.
7. Things you agree not to do
Do not copy, resell, republish or redistribute NetArbs data or screens; scrape or bulk-download NetArbs; reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the website or the desktop app except where the law allows it; get around plan limits, access checks or rate limits; interfere with or overload our systems; probe them for weaknesses without our written permission; use NetArbs for anything unlawful, including fraud, money laundering or getting around a platform's location rules; or help anyone else do any of these.
8. The desktop app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the desktop app on computers you use, for as long as your account is in good standing. The app updates itself, and it only accepts updates signed by us. It works by driving websites and apps we do not control, so a change on their side can stop a feature from working until we update it.
9. Ownership and feedback
NetArbs, including its software, design, text, logo and the figures it calculates, belongs to us and our licensors. Prices and markets shown come from their publishers. Apart from the right to use NetArbs under these terms, nothing here transfers any of those rights to you. If you send us suggestions or bug reports, we may use them to improve NetArbs without owing you anything for them.
10. Changes, beta features and availability
We keep changing NetArbs: features are added, reworked and sometimes removed, and anything labelled beta may be unfinished. We aim to keep NetArbs running at all hours, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular moment.
11. No warranties
To the extent the law allows, NetArbs is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any about accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for: losses on bets, contests or trades; profits you expected but did not make; decisions a sportsbook, fantasy app or exchange makes about your account; data that was wrong or late; or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for all claims about NetArbs is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the event that led to the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow some of these limits, and where that is the case they apply only as far as permitted.
13. Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, from claims by others that arise because you broke these terms, broke the law, or broke a third-party platform's rules while using NetArbs.
14. Ending your use
You can stop using NetArbs and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or our systems at risk, or that we are required by law to close. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why first. Sections 3, 4, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16 continue to apply after your account ends.
15. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you have a problem, email [email protected] first and describe it. We will try to resolve it with you, and neither of us will start a formal claim until 30 days after that email.
If it is not resolved, you and we agree that any dispute about NetArbs or these terms will be decided by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction. Claims may only be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and an arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial.
You can opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] from your account's email address within 30 days of creating your account, saying that you opt out. Opting out does not affect anything else in these terms. Any dispute that is not arbitrated will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and email account holders before the change takes effect. Using NetArbs after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, cancel and stop using NetArbs before then.
17. Everything else
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about NetArbs. If a court or arbitrator finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these terms; we may transfer them to a business that takes over NetArbs. We may send you notices by email or in the app, and they count as delivered when sent.
